Digital Sales Representative – Google Ads (Czech/Slovak & English)

Location: Kraków, Poland | Start: ASAP
Work model: Hybrid | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

As a Digital Sales Representative, you will manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for an assigned portfolio of B2B clients. Your mission is to drive measurable results, unlock upsell opportunities, and help businesses achieve maximum value from their advertising investment.

This is a target-driven role combining sales, account management, and digital marketing expertise—ideal for professionals who enjoy both strategy and client interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Optimize and scale Google Ads campaigns for existing B2B clients
  • Analyze account performance and identify growth and upselling opportunities
  • Conduct strategic consultations with clients to align campaigns with business goals
  • Recommend new advertising formats, bidding strategies, and optimizations
  • Guide clients through campaign improvements and implementation steps
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships through performance-driven results
  • Achieve individual KPIs while contributing to overall team sales targets
  • Stay current with trends in online advertising and digital marketing technologies

What You Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing B2B advertising campaigns (Google Ads required)
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak (B2+/C1) and English (minimum B2)
  • Strong sales and consultative mindset with a focus on revenue growth
  • Analytical skills with confidence interpreting campaign data and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
  • Computer savvy and confident with digital tools
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to the Kraków area
