We are looking for motivated Czech or Slovak-speaking professionals with experience in B2B advertising campaigns who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy building long-term client relationships. Your Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for existing B2B clients
- Analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities
- Consult clients on campaign improvements and upselling opportunities
- Recommend new advertising strategies to maximize ROI and business performance
- Guide clients through campaign implementations and optimization processes
- Build strong and trusted relationships with customers through proactive support
- Work toward individual KPIs and contribute to overall team targets
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and Google Ads best practices
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while driving revenue growth
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B advertising campaigns, digital marketing, or sales
- Fluent Czech or Slovak (B2+/C1) and good English skills (minimum B2)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with focus on targets and results
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with digital tools and online platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Currently living in Kraków or willing to relocate
