As a Customer Support Advisor, you will support international travelers and accommodation partners by providing outstanding service via phone and email. You'll help resolve booking, payment, and technical inquiries while ensuring every customer feels heard, supported, and valued.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist travelers and accommodation partners with booking-related questions and support requests
• Handle inquiries related to services, payments, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy
• Communicate effectively via phone and email, always delivering a high level of customer care
• Mediate between customers and accommodation providers to find the best possible solutions
• Follow internal processes and quality standards while working efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively to team performance

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Icelandic (C2 level) and advanced English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working with Office 365, CRM tools, and digital platforms
• Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude
• Previous customer service or contact center experience is a plus
• Interest in travel, hospitality, or accommodation platforms is highly valued
