We are currently looking for Croatian-speaking professionals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment. In this role, you will support customers with bookings, travel-related questions, and account assistance while ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.

Location: Athens, Greece
Rotational shifts between Monday–Sunday 
No night shifts
Permanent contract

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Support booking management, cancellations, and reservation changes
  • Handle payment-related inquiries in a professional manner
  • Deliver high-quality customer support in Croatian and English
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service standards

What We're Looking For

  • Croatian fluency or C1 level
  • English level B2 or higher
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-focused and proactive mindset
  • EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights

Training & Work Model

  • 9 weeks of paid on-site training in Athens
  • After the training period, remote work may be available based on performance and readiness
