We are currently looking for Croatian-speaking professionals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic international environment. In this role, you will support customers with bookings, travel-related questions, and account assistance while ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey.
Location: Athens, Greece
Rotational shifts between Monday–Sunday
No night shifts

Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Support booking management, cancellations, and reservation changes
- Handle payment-related inquiries in a professional manner
- Deliver high-quality customer support in Croatian and English
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service standards
What We're Looking For
- Croatian fluency or C1 level
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused and proactive mindset
- EU citizenship or valid residence permit with full working rights
Training & Work Model
- 9 weeks of paid on-site training in Athens
- After the training period, remote work may be available based on performance and readiness
